Our Services

From SolidWorks macros and parametric design to production consulting, from freelance sheet metal projects to online training and digital products — all of our services on one page. They all serve the same goal: turning repetitive engineering work into a production-ready, measurable system.

Short answer

Which services does Burak Engineering offer?

We offer five core services: SolidWorks macros and parametric design, consulting and system setup, freelance engineering, online training and an online store. They can be combined or used on their own; the first step is always a free 30-minute consultation.

Process

How do we work?

A transparent, measurable four-step working model aligned with shop-floor realities.

01

Analysis & Consulting

We analyze your needs, existing machine park and production goals to build a clear roadmap.

02

Design & Simulation

We bring 3D design, flat patterns and nesting simulations to production readiness with SolidWorks and CAM software.

03

Production Optimization

By optimizing laser cutting and press brake programs, we reduce scrap, machine time and unit cost.

04

Handover

Models, templates, macro source files and documentation are handed over to your team; the system runs on your company, not on one person.

Who it is for

Who do we work with?

Sheet metal manufacturers

Laser cutting, press brake and welding shops that want faster quoting, flat patterns and production preparation.

Machine builders

Design teams managing product variants with parametric models and configurators.

Electrical panel and enclosure makers

Companies that want to automate the workflow from panel data and order records to project files.

Technical offices and engineers

Teams and individuals who want to grow their SolidWorks, sheet metal and CNC programming skills through live, hands-on training.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Is the first consultation free?

Yes. We clarify your needs in a free 30-minute online meeting or on WhatsApp; after a preliminary analysis you receive a fixed-scope quote.

Can you work remotely?

Yes. Analysis, development and training can all run over remote connections and online meetings. On-site work is available on request in Istanbul and the Marmara region.

Which software do you work with?

SolidWorks (sheet metal, assemblies, surfaces, Composer, Visualize), the SolidWorks API (VBA and C# add-in development), AutoCAD, CAM/nesting software and Durmazlar SKY22, DT-10 and DT-15 press brake programming.

Who owns the delivered files?

You do. Models, templates, macro source files and user documentation are handed over to your company; the system is designed to run on your own team rather than on a single person.

How long does a project take?

It depends on the scope. For example, a simple SolidWorks macro that solves one task is usually delivered in 2–5 working days, while pilot projects with a parametric template library and an Excel-driven configurator go live in 2–6 weeks.
